Gary F. Smith received his Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law with honors in 1973 and was admitted to the New York State bar in 1974. Since then, he has continuously engaged in the private practice of law on Long Island and in Manhattan.
As a corporate attorney in Manhattan, Gary F. Smith was a partner in a midtown law firm. In 1979, he opened his first private law office and has engaged in the private practice of law in Nassau and Suffolk counties since that time.
Mr. Smith is a member of the Suffolk County and New York State Bar Associations and The Phi Beta Kappa Alumni Association of Long Island. He has engaged in charitable, community and religious voluntary service in the Long Island Community for more than three decades.
